Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. If you are a licensed Professional Counselor looking for a full-time job, this might be an opportunity for you!

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interviews to gather comprehensive information about a client's presenting issues, background, and mental health history to develop a treatment plan
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, using various therapeutic approaches to address issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse
  • Facilitate sessions with couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship dynamic
  • Work with families to address systemic issues, improve communication patterns, and support healthy family dynamics
  • Create individualized treatment plans outlining goals, interventions, and expected outcomes for each client
  • Provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or crisis situations.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant documentation
  • Consult with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, physicians, or social workers, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Adhere to professional ethical guidelines, including confidentiality, informed consent, and appropriate boundaries with clients

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Must pass the required licensing exam and maintain licensure in the state of Arizona
  • Proficiency in various counseling approaches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information
  • Ability to understand and respect diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences
