Location: Fort Yukon, Alaska
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Alaska and provide mental health services to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
- Offer crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and emotional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Active LPC license in the state of Alaska (required)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
- Proficiency with DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
