Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide mental health counseling and support to individuals with various needs. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address a range of issues, including gender issues, developmental disabilities, chronic pain, and crisis intervention
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as art therapy, dance therapy, and clinical counseling, to facilitate healing and personal growth
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards

Requirements:

  • Valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Experience in providing mental health counseling services
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and crisis intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards in social work practice
