Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Pensylvania. The role will involve providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering support and guidance. The counselor will also be responsible for maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Perform psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) to support client progress.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Active LPC license in the state of Oregon
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
