Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Location: Beverly Hills, California

We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. We provide a wide variety of health care and outreach services to a very diverse patient population. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or groups, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness and recovery.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling to clients with diverse backgrounds and diagnoses.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and California state regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid LPCC license in the State of California (BBS registration required).
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience working with [target populations: e.g., children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+, trauma survivors].
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
