Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Cortland, New York
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

About the position:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC) to join our team. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals and, depending on your background, couples and/or groups. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive psychotherapy to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with team members for case consultation and clinical growth.
- Attend regular team meetings, trainings, and supervision
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent (LPC or LPCC from other states welcome if eligible for telehealth in NY).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (newly licensed also welcome).
- Proficiency in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and/or relational issues.
- Comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms.
- Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and ethical care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual clinicians encouraged to apply!
