Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Overview
Our team is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing team of behavioral health clinicians to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. In this role, you will diagnose and treat mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders in a telehealth setting, address trauma, teach communication and healthy coping skills, assist patients in addressing maladaptive behaviors, and guide them through crises as you develop their resilience. Roots Through Recovery provides professional development for our clinicians to help them grow in their role and provides trauma-specific modalities like EMDR, DBT, and CBT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, or family counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Active LPC license in the state of Georgia (required).
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience preferred (can be entry-level if open to new grads).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
