Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington (or eligible for licensure).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy to clients.
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with state and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and referral sources.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education as needed.
