Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the position:
We offer remote therapy across the state of Colorado, prioritizing access, authenticity, and truly supportive care. We’re currently seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in Colorado who are passionate about providing virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families. You’ll have the flexibility to define your ideal caseload, clinical focus, and working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) tailored to client needs and preferences
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing risk evaluations
- Create, review, and update client treatment plans regularly based on progress and goals
- Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while building rapport and trust with clients
- Support clients in navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma healing, and identity development
What You Need to Succeed:
- Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (newly licensed also welcome).
- Proficiency in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and/or relational issues.
- Comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms.
- Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and ethical care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual clinicians encouraged to apply!
