We are currently seeking a Maryland-licensed LCPC to join our warm, supportive, and flexible clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to build or expand their caseload with full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Solid clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
• Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload
• Experience working in outpatient or private practice settings
• Familiarity with EHR systems and/or telehealth platforms
• Specialized training in trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, or related areas
• Certification in CBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our EHR
• Participate in case consultations and peer support (optional, but encouraged)
• Adhere to Maryland COMAR regulations and professional ethical standards
