About the position:

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled LMHC licensed in Florida to join our growing remote team. Whether you specialize in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or just love helping clients find clarity and healing, we want to hear from you.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you’ll provide virtual therapy to individuals (and optionally, couples or teens), using your clinical skills to empower growth and change. We take care of all the logistics so you can focus on your clients—not scheduling, billing, or tech headaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) tailored to client needs and preferences
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing risk evaluations
  • Create, review, and update client treatment plans regularly based on progress and goals
  • Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while building rapport and trust with clients
  • Support clients in navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma healing, and identity development

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Hold an active LMHC license in the state of Florida
  • Have at least 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Are skilled in areas like anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress management
  • Love the flexibility and autonomy of remote work
  • Are reliable, organized, and genuinely care about your clients
  • Bonus: EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed training

Join a workplace that prioritizes clinician wellbeing just as much as client care
