Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Remote

Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are expanding our telehealth team and seeking a licensed LPC to provide virtual counseling services from the comfort of your home.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor on our team, you’ll work with a diverse population of individuals seeking support for a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. Whether it's anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions, you’ll offer evidence-based therapy through a fully remote model, backed by a team that supports your work-life balance and professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver culturally competent, evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team consultations and stay current with continuing education and professional standards.
• Refer clients to other mental health professionals or community services when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPC license in the state of Arizona (required).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Strong telehealth experience and comfort with remote platforms (we use [insert platform, e.g., SimplePractice, Zoom, etc.]).
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.
