  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with other providers and support systems as clinically appropriate
  • Attend team meetings and peer consultation (as needed or desired)
  • Stay up to date on licensure requirements and professional development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
  • Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)

  • Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are highly encouraged to apply

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay – Based on experience, licensure, and caseload
  • Work-Life Flexibility – Create a schedule that supports your personal and professional goals
  • Full Administrative Support – We handle referrals, billing, scheduling, and insurance
  • Benefits Package – Medical, dental, vision, and retirement options (for eligible employees)
  • Paid Time Off – Including holidays, PTO, and wellness days
  • CEU & Licensure Support – Annual reimbursement for continuing education
  • Growth-Oriented Culture – Clinical collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to wellness
