About the position:

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote clinical team. This is a flexible and fully remote role designed for counselors who want the freedom to work from home while still being part of a supportive and collaborative community of professionals.

As a Remote LPC, you will provide virtual psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients, offering support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. You will have the freedom to define your caseload, hours, and clinical niche—all while being backed by a robust administrative and clinical support system.

Whether you're looking for part-time hours or building a full-time remote career, we offer the flexibility, autonomy, and support you need to thrive.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible work structure: Choose your caseload and schedule.
  • Remote, in-person, or hybrid options depending on your preference.
  • Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities based on caseload or clinical specialties.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.
  • PTO, paid holidays, and sick days.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • CEU reimbursement and access to free or discounted trainings.
  • Regular clinical supervision and peer consultation.
  • Administrative and billing support—so you can focus on your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families via secure telehealth platforms
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system
  • Apply evidence-based practices and culturally competent care
  • Attend optional virtual team meetings and peer consultation groups
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards aligned with Pennsylvania LPC regulations

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experienced in delivering therapy via telehealth (or open to training)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Skilled in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care)
  • Committed to inclusive, client-centered, and ethical clinical practice
  • Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply

Join a forward-thinking practice that values flexibility, supports your clinical growth, and puts both clients and counselors first.
