Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC/MHSP) to join our team. Whether you're interested in working with children, adolescents, adults, or families, we welcome therapists with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
As an LPC/MHSP, you will provide direct counseling and therapeutic services to clients across a variety of settings. You’ll be supported by a responsive clinical team and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the autonomy to build a caseload around your clinical strengths and interests.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling to address a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and community resources as part of an integrated care approach.
- Participate in regular supervision, clinical team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Provide culturally competent and inclusive care that respects and values diverse backgrounds and identities.
We’d love to connect if you are:
- Active LPC license with MHSP designation in the state of Tennessee (required).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply).
- Strong therapeutic and assessment skills, with experience in trauma-informed, strengths-based, or cognitive-behavioral approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible caseload.
