As an LPC/MHSP, you will provide direct counseling and therapeutic services to clients across a variety of settings. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the autonomy to build a caseload around your clinical strengths and interests.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling to address a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and community resources as part of an integrated care approach.
  • Participate in regular supervision, clinical team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Provide culturally competent and inclusive care that respects and values diverse backgrounds and identities.

We’d love to connect if you are:

  • Active LPC license with MHSP designation in the state of Tennessee (required).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong therapeutic and assessment skills, with experience in trauma-informed, strengths-based, or cognitive-behavioral approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible caseload.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Flexible remote work schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and technical assistance.
  • Access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and positive team environment.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Ready to take the next step in your career? We’d love to hear from you!
