Position Overview

We are growing and seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are motivated to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, collaborative, and flexible clinical environment.

As an LPC, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse client population. You’ll engage in clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate growth and healing through evidence-based interventions. Our model allows you to work in the modality and schedule that best suits your clinical strengths and lifestyle—whether that’s telehealth, in-office, or a blend of both.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality counseling to individuals, couples, families, or groups based on client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, or trauma-informed practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, trainings, and team meetings as needed.
  • Ensure services are culturally responsive and affirming of all identities.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active LPC license in the State of Tennessee (required).
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience providing therapy in clinical, school-based, or community settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Compassionate, client-first mindset with a commitment to ethical and inclusive practice.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and caseload.
  • Flexible, remote work options to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and client management, to allow you to focus on clinical work.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities, including access to training, resources, and supervision.
  • A positive and inclusive team culture that values collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Interested in joining a practice that values your expertise and supports your professional goals? We’d love to hear from you.
