About the Role

We’re currently seeking Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) who are passionate about serving diverse populations and committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
Our model prioritizes clinician well-being, autonomy, and growth. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned provider looking to refocus on the heart of therapy, we provide the tools, support, and environment to help you thrive.

Your Role:
  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in a structured outpatient clinic (in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual models available)
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored, goal-driven treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, MFTs, psychiatrists, and case managers
  • Maintain timely documentation, clinical notes, and treatment progress using our EHR system
  • Participate in team meetings, peer consultations, and professional development (encouraged, not mandatory)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California
  • Completion of required supervision and California law & ethics examination
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a clinical or community mental health setting (preferred)
  • Experience with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties
  • A compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach to treatment
  • Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning
  • Ability to manage a caseload, work independently, and engage meaningfully in team collaboration
What You’ll Receive:
  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy to build your ideal caseload
  • Competitive, transparent compensation with productivity incentives
  • Full administrative support – intake, billing, insurance, and scheduling handled for you
  • Benefits package for full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and more
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment where your voice and expertise are valued
  • Ongoing clinical consultation, supervision (if needed), and professional growth opportunities
  • Warm, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and clinician wellness
