About the Role

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) looking for a fulfilling role where your clinical insight, cultural competence, and therapeutic skills are not just valued—but essential? If you're passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient mental health services in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you.

As an LPC, you’ll work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. Our outpatient model allows you to build deep therapeutic relationships, see measurable progress, and contribute to meaningful, long-term healing.

Your Role:
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, and family counseling (depending on your specialty)
  • Deliver evidence-based care through modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including LMFTs, LCSWs, psychologists, and psychiatric providers
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly EHR system
  • Attend team meetings, case consultations, and optional continuing education workshops
  • Option to provide telehealth or hybrid services based on client and clinician needs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed as an LPCC in the state of California (required)
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred; associates (APCCs) may be considered with supervision options
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations
  • Passion for providing inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-led care
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and managing clinical documentation
What You’ll Receive:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Flexible work schedule, including hybrid or fully remote options
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Continuing education support and clinical supervision
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • A supportive, values-driven team that prioritizes clinician well-being
Let’s talk about how you can thrive here—while helping others heal.
