Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
- Occasional evenings or weekends might be necessary to accommodate client appointments and practice demands.
Responsibilities
- Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
- Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
- Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
- Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
- Perform intake assessments
- Perform individual sessions per week
- Participate in individual supervision
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
- At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
- Must be comfortable using computers (excel spreadsheet, RMS systems, outlook, pimsy)
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Comfortable completing intake assessments
- $75,000 - $90,000 per year + full benefits
