JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office. The clinician will:
- Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
- Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.
- Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.
- Perform intake assessments.
- Perform individual sessions per week.
- Participate in individual supervision.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.
- Day shift; Monday to Friday
QUALIFICATION:
- Master's Degree in mental health.
- Current licensure as LPCC
- Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
- Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
- Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
- Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.
SALARY:
- $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
