What we offer Therapists:

  • SIGN-ON BONUS
  • Work Schedule:
    • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
    • Part-time: Monday to Saturday, hours based on team needs and your personal schedule
    • No Weekends

Job Duties:

  • Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  • Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Utilize various individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Professional Clinical Counseling.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.
