Job Summary: We are currently seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to join our team. The clinician will:

  • Hold a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client.
  • Conduct intake assessments.
  • Perform individual sessions per week.
  • Participate in individual supervision.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work.

Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counselling.
  • Current licensure as LPCC.
  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of one year of experience dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
