Full-time/Part-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at Connection Mental Heal Counseling Center in California.

We provide both in-person and telehealth mental health services from our office. JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office.

The clinician will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and initiating discharge when appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans for clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, for each client.
  • Conducting intake assessments.
  • Conducting a specific number of individual sessions per week.
  • Engaging in regular individual supervision.
  • Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers.
  • Maintaining a growth mindset in all aspects of their work.

SCHEDULE:

Day shift; Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in mental health.
  • Current licensure as LPCC.
  • Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

PAY:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
