JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a youth-focused mental health clinician to work in our office.
The clinician will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and initiating discharge when appropriate.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans for clients.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, for each client.
- Conducting intake assessments.
- Conducting a specific number of individual sessions per week.
- Engaging in regular individual supervision.
- Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers.
- Maintaining a growth mindset in all aspects of their work.
SCHEDULE:
Day shift; Monday to Friday
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in mental health.
- Current licensure as LPCC.
- Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual and group therapy.
- Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.
PAY:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
