Seeking Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed at Hopestone Psychiatric Services

Salary:

$75,000 - $104,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
  • Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Perform individual sessions per week
  • Participate in individual supervision
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers
  • Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work

Qualification:


  • Master's Degree in mental health.
  • Current licensure as LPCC
  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of one year experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.
