Job Summary:

  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client.
  • Conduct intake assessments.
  • Conduct a specific number of individual sessions per week. Participate in individual supervision.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers.
  • Approach all aspects of work with a growth mindset.

Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Friday (Full-time/part-time)

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counselling.
  • Current licensure as LPCC.
  • Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.
  • Minimum of one year of experience dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
  • Previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual and group therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience using a computer; basic keyboarding skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
