Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Work Location: California

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job description:

This jobs primary focus is to provide high quality clinical supervision. The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) will work with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure that quality psychosocial services are delivered to health center patients.

Duties:

  • Works with team members to provide follow-up assessment and prevention planning after any crisis, including follow-up with outside agencies.
  • Maintains clinical and administrative records in accordance with contractual and billing requirements and submits encounter forms on a weekly basis.
  • Participates in weekly clinical meetings; promotes integrated primary/mental health care in coordination with medical providers and other inter-disciplinary team members.
  • Participates in quality improvement efforts related to behavioral health and integrated models of care.
  • Consults informally with providers as needed.

Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC).
  • Active Licensed in California as Professional Counselor.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Proficiency in psychotherapy guidelines and electronic documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to utilizing best practices in therapy.
  • Experience or interest in integrative wellness services.
