Looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Description:
This position will participate in direct patient care including. The coordination of care for complex patients, participate in continuous quality improvement efforts. Our medical clinician team provides a unique blend of urgent care and primary care including infectious disease diagnosis and treatment, substance use disorder treatment, chronic disease management, and health promotion and prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions with clients and members of client’s families in a timely and professional manner as well as re-evaluates client service plans when needing extensions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning with our identified partners, i.e. Social Services, Welfare to Work staff, Family Stabilization, and other treatment providers connected to contract compliance and serving WTW clients.
- Monitor productivity and units of service in accordance with contract.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
- Active LPCC license in the state of CA
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in clinical counseling
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
