Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess excellent counseling skills. The LPCC will provide individual and group therapy to clients of all ages, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
  • Active LPCC license in the state of CA
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in clinical counseling
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
