Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. Our Outpatient Therapy program offers flexible, supportive care designed to fit into the lives of individuals seeking to improve their mental health. Patients receive high-quality therapy while continuing to manage their daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment
  • Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
  • Active LPCC license in the state of CA
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in clinical counseling
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
