Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Description:

Generally responsible for a medium size group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive therapy, and therapists should be able to serve the communities they care most about, not just the small number of people who can afford to pay out of pocket. Our mission is to enable all providers to grow successful, independent and accessible private practices, so that anyone can receive essential mental healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
  • Monitor Client Progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Comfortable completing intake assessments
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
