Job Description:

Our dedicated team of administrative assistants and clinical providers utilize an integrative approach, incorporating best practices, to support our psychotherapists. We empower our network of wellness practitioners with the flexibility to create their own schedules, choose their preferred client age groups, and specialize in areas they are passionate about.

Responsibilities:

• Offer individual counseling sessions focused on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans

• Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
• Active and unrestricted (LPCC) license
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in clinical counseling
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
