Looking for Full Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Job Types: Full Time, Remote
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Creates treatment programs after evaluating the needs and capabilities of the patient in order to support better patient functioning and symptom relief, offers group, family, couple, and individual psychotherapy when it is thought to be therapeutically necessary. Take part in the psychiatric team's and other relevant team members' program planning.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients' evolving requirements in accordance with policies for programs that involve outpatient care and/or partial hospitalization, and adds these needs to treatment plans and plan reviews.
- Treats program participants individually and in groups, and where necessary, includes families in the evaluation and treatment procedures.
- Teaches patients about the healing process.
- Keeps regular logs of clinical productivity within the program in accordance with guidelines.
Qualifications
- Possess an active California license to practice counseling (LPCC)
- Possess a Master’s degree with at least nine credits specifically related to clinical practice in the human services sector
- As well as a minimum of one (2) years of full-time experience giving mental health direct care services to children, teens, or young adults.
- High level of team orientation and collaboration with other professionals at the practice
