Full-Time Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) – Join Our Supportive Team

Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
In This Role, You’ll:
- Deliver personalized therapy to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.
- Guide and empower clients, helping them navigate difficulties and foster resilience through ongoing support.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach to client care.
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-sensitive support to clients during times of acute distress.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress assessments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Pay and Benefits:
