Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Your Role Will Involve:
- Leading individual, family, and group counseling sessions designed to address emotional and psychological needs.
- Acting as an advocate and mentor to clients, offering guidance on overcoming personal challenges and strengthening coping skills.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to provide integrated, client-focused care.
- Responding to crisis situations and providing trauma-informed support when clients are in need.
- Keeping accurate and comprehensive records, including session notes, treatment goals, and client progress.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
