Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting tailored therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health challenges.
- Serving as an advocate and mentor, helping clients work through difficult issues and build lasting resilience.
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered treatment.
- Providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to clients facing immediate distress.
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining up-to-date treatment plans and assessments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
