Seeking Experienced Full-Time LPCC for Private Practice

Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Providing one-on-one, family, and group counseling to address emotional and psychological concerns with personalized approaches.
- Acting as a supportive advocate and mentor, helping clients navigate life's complexities and develop resilience.
- Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure seamless, comprehensive care for each client.
- Offering trauma-informed crisis intervention and support for clients in urgent need of assistance.
- Maintaining precise documentation of treatment sessions, assessments, and individualized plans of care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Pay and Benefits:
