Now Hiring: Full-Time LPCC in Santa Ana, California (On-site/Telehealth)

We are actively looking to hire talented therapists -LPCC. As a Professional counselor, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients of all ages. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in person or via telehealth.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises or emergencies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify potential mental health conditions
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring appropriate treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and support systems to provide comprehensive care
• Accurately and confidentially maintain client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant documents

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• State licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Strong crisis intervention skills
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with culturally diverse clinic staff and patients
