Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Beverly Hills, California

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing team in California. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy and mental health support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Utilize trauma-informed care practices to support clients with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with California state regulations.
  • Participate in case reviews, consultations, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPCC license in California, in good standing.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
