Our mission is to empower California-based clinicians to do their best work—on their terms—while reaching clients across the state through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services.

We’re actively hiring Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) to join our remote therapy team. This fully virtual role offers flexible hours, customizable caseloads, and a steady stream of client referrals—all from the comfort of your own private workspace.

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual therapy (or couples/family work if qualified) through telehealth
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system
  • Communicate with clients through our secure platform (no personal phone or email needed)
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership as needed
  • Attend optional case consultation groups or professional development sessions
  • Ensure all care is delivered ethically, legally, and in line with best practices

Requirements:

  • Active LPCC license in California (required)
  • Residing in California (even though the position is remote)
  • Minimum 1 of year post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Registered with the California BBS and in good standing
  • Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—teletherapy best practices
  • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and documentation skills
  • Must have access to reliable internet and a private space for sessions
  • Experience working with adults, adolescents, or young professionals

You deserve:

  • 100% Remote Flexibility – Work from home on your schedule
  • Set Your Caseload – Part-time or full-time: you decide
  • Reliable Referrals – We keep your calendar filled with clients who match your strengths
  • Admin & Billing Support – No chasing payments or paperwork
  • Technology Provided – Secure EHR, scheduling tools, and telehealth platform
  • Supportive Culture – Access to peer consults, clinical workshops, and community
  • Room to Grow – Opportunities for group facilitation, supervision, or leadership roles

We strongly encourage applications from therapists of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent clinicians.
