Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California
Location: Felton, California

We’re actively hiring Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) to join our remote therapy team. This fully virtual role offers flexible hours, customizable caseloads, and a steady stream of client referrals—all from the comfort of your own private workspace.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual therapy (or couples/family work if qualified) through telehealth
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system
- Communicate with clients through our secure platform (no personal phone or email needed)
- Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership as needed
- Attend optional case consultation groups or professional development sessions
- Ensure all care is delivered ethically, legally, and in line with best practices
Requirements:
- Active LPCC license in California (required)
- Residing in California (even though the position is remote)
- Minimum 1 of year post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Registered with the California BBS and in good standing
- Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—teletherapy best practices
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and documentation skills
- Must have access to reliable internet and a private space for sessions
- Experience working with adults, adolescents, or young professionals
