As an LPCC, you will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients, using evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach. You’ll have the option to work in person, remotely, or a hybrid of both, with full administrative and clinical support provided.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally to couples/families, depending on experience and scope)
  • Document services in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
  • Participate in optional peer consultation and team meetings
  • Maintain compliance with all California BBS regulations and continuing education requirements

Requirements:

  • Current, active LPCC license in the state of California (required)
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practices and diagnostic criteria (DSM-5)
  • Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
  • Comfortable using (or learning) electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to work independently while remaining connected to a clinical team

You deserve:

  • 100% Remote Flexibility – Work from home on your schedule
  • Set Your Caseload – Part-time or full-time: you decide
  • Reliable Referrals – We keep your calendar filled with clients who match your strengths
  • Admin & Billing Support – No chasing payments or paperwork
  • Technology Provided – Secure EHR, scheduling tools, and telehealth platform
  • Supportive Culture – Access to peer consults, clinical workshops, and community
  • Room to Grow – Opportunities for group facilitation, supervision, or leadership roles

We’re excited to meet passionate professionals who are ready to grow and make an impact.
