Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, collaborating with physicians and specialists as needed.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
Prescribe medications and therapies, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management of chronic conditions.
Perform procedures within your scope of practice, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity across healthcare settings.
Stay up-to-date with current medical knowledge and advancements in adult healthcare.

Requirements:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Active state nursing license.
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
