Work Schedule:

Your typical work hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure timely documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of current healthcare practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active state nursing license.
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care.
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
