Work Schedule:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

  • Provide patient and family education on disease management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active state nursing license.
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
