Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care and consultation services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and order diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Active state nursing license
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
