Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans and order diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion

Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active state nursing license
