Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner - Emerald Health Medical Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education. We are a comprehensive Primary and Specialty care organization.

  • Available Schedules: Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm; Sunday: 10am-4pm
  • EHR: Athena
  • No kids
  • No GYN
  • No Pain Medication Management
  • No Psych Medication Management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
