Looking for Nurse Practitioner in Tranquil Medical Services

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver primary healthcare services to patients across all age groups, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education. Our organization offers a full range of Primary and Specialty care services.


Available Schedules: Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm; Sunday: 10am-4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
