Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + benefits
Essential Duties:
- Perform thorough patient evaluations through detailed medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses, mental health concerns, and preventative care needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments as necessary, and ensure that patients understand their treatment options, possible side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Provide patient education and counseling, helping individuals understand their health conditions, preventive measures, and how to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care that meets patients’ needs. Act as a liaison between the medical team and patients to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Promote preventive care through screenings, immunizations, and routine check-ups, with a focus on health education and reducing the incidence of preventable diseases.
- Ensure that all patient records are accurately documented in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), adhering to privacy regulations (HIPAA) and clinic policies.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland
- Certification in the appropriate Nurse Practitioner specialty (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), etc.)
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred. New graduates with strong clinical training and a passion for patient care are also welcome to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and medical office management software
