Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Urgent Care - Full-time position

Location: St. Peters, Missouri

We’re currently hiring experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join our high-performing, patient-focused clinical teams. If you’re a provider who thrives in fast-paced environments, values autonomy, and enjoys making a daily impact, we want to meet you.

As an FNP in urgent care, you’ll function as an independent provider, managing a full scope of acute and episodic care. You’ll evaluate and treat patients of all ages—from pediatric to geriatric—and perform a variety of procedures. Our clinics are supported by medical assistants, X-ray techs, and robust EMR systems, giving you the tools to focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding care.

Salary: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan
  • Take patient histories and perform thorough physical exams
  • Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
  • Provide patient education and clear discharge instructions
  • Ensure timely documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and other providers as needed in a team-based model

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active and unrestricted Missouri APRN license with FNP certification
  • National board certification through AANP or ANCC
  • Minimum 1–2 years of direct clinical experience in urgent care, ER, or high-acuity family medicine
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong clinical and procedural skill set
  • Comfort with high patient volume and working independently
